As a correspondent, you become eligible to earn up to 3% YSP on some of our most popular commercial loan products. More so, these goods may be offered to the general public, as well as other mortgage brokers.


This opportunity allows you to set your own margins and offer your own products. We produce the rate sheets and documents in your name to seamlessly integrate both of our services, while still providing a top-quality experience to the end consumer.

Take a look at our wholesale rate sheets on the left-hand side of this page. These rates have YSP rates already built-in for our correspondents. You have the ability to price in additional YSP up to 3% if you so choose. Multiple pre-payment options that pay you premium may also be included.

    Be sure to mark the box “Become a Correspondent” and the application will be emailed to you.
  • Download and sign the Good Business Affidavit.
  • Provide a resume on the principal(s).
  • Provide a credit report on principal(s) with any explanations if necessary.
  • Include a copy of your business license.

Weekly Conference Calls and Webinars will be held each week and will last approximately one hour. These meetings will consist of education and training on our products, as well as general commercial underwriting information. A Q&A session will follow where you will be able to ask and listen to questions from other correspondents.
